Job Description:
A company is looking for a UKG Data Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the UKG Pro Workforce Management Project by creating
required reports
Collaborate with Talent and HR teams to ensure compliance with
policies and procedures
Lead the end-to-end analytical process, from data acquisition to
analysis and reporting
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Expertise in UKG & Excel (including advanced queries &
reporting)
Hands-on experience with UKG BI (Cognos) for report building and
analytics
Strong knowledge of SQL and database management
Experience in HR/Payroll data, reporting, and analytics
