Job Description:
A company is looking for a Tier 1 Support Analyst to provide
exceptional customer service and support to clients.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls and emails from customers while maintaining
professionalism
Manage daily work and maintain knowledge of products and services
for accurate customer support
Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to Tier 2 support when
necessary
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
Personable, engaging, and positive personality
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
Knowledge of basic technical terminology preferred
