Job Description:

In this Assembly Tech role, this individual thrives in a fast-paced NPI and/or manufacturing environment. He/she is extremely detail-oriented and notices even the smallest deviations from the design specifications and will escalate issues to the engineering team.How You Will Make an Impact:Top 3 Daily Responsibilities

• Process electro-mechanical parts through defined assembly steps, while debugging issues.
• Record build information for data collection and traceability requirements.
• Provide technical feedback on process and design steps that lead to improved manufacturability.What You Will Need to Succeed:
• 2+ years of electro-mechanical manufacturing experience.
• Able to execute well with limited instruction/supervision.
• Detail-oriented; communicates well with others.
• Strong documentation practice.
• Flexible and able to adapt to change; patient.
• Comfortable performing soldering and manual rework for electrical circuits.
• Functions well in a collaborative environment.Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
• Debug / Failure Analysis experience.
• Has performed quality control on various parts.
• Engineering or technician degree.
• Use various computer-controlled measurement tools to run tests and record data.
