Job Description:
A company is looking for a Service Coordinator Dispatcher
Scheduler to provide exceptional customer service and manage
service schedules.
Key Responsibilities
Manage dispatch board and ensure service team utilization and
project completion timelines
Respond to client inquiries and monitor order board for timely
follow-up and resolution
Collaborate with project managers and service teams to optimize
resource allocation and scheduling
Required Qualifications
Associate degree and 2 years of relevant experience or equivalent
experience
Proficiency with MS Office applications and project management
tools
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Experience in building and maintaining relationships with clients
and stakeholders
Flexibility to adapt to changing work environments and
priorities
