Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Financial Analyst to oversee
budget and financial analysis processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and lead the operating and capital budget processes for
service lines
Conduct ongoing variance analysis and forecasting, communicating
with leadership about financial performance
Identify and implement budget performance improvements and margin
enhancement opportunities
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance,
or a related area
Five years of experience in the accounting/finance field
One year of demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience
Preferred: CPA certification and a Master's degree in accounting,
finance, or business administration
Preferred: Three years of experience in healthcare finance
