Job Description:
A company is looking for a Workforce Analyst who collaborates
with teams to optimize resource allocation and enhance customer
support experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage queue alerts to ensure Service Level performance
targets are met
Adjust resources and skilling in response to volume spikes and
collaborate with teams for resource adjustments
Develop proactive plans to address workload patterns and maintain
schedules in real-time
Required Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data analysis for
workforce planning
1+ year of Workforce Management experience, including time-off
management and scheduling
Experience with Verint, Five9, or similar WFM/WFO tools is
preferred
High school diploma or GED required
Automotive dealership experience is a plus
