A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative -
REMOTE.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exemplary customer service to insurance policyholders,
agents, and lenders through inbound calls and electronic
communications
Assist in interpreting verbal and written communication to make
appropriate decisions
Engage in ongoing learning about the insurance industry and related
skills
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Active Personal Lines P & C agent license preferred; license
preparation available for qualified candidates
Prior experience in an insurance agency or customer service is
preferred
Strong PC knowledge and keyboarding skills
Access to a strong and stable internet connection with a separate,
undisturbed workspace
Flexibility in work hours is necessary
