Job Description:
We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh
as a Senior Sales Executive based out of our San Francisco office.
The successful candidate will lead daily operations from a support
and administrative level, coordinating complex logistics and task
assignments for client relationship projects while ensuring
effective communication and problem resolution.We will count on you
to:
- Uphold sales goals and targets while managing a strategic book
of business consisting of large, complex accounts aimed at growth
and penetration.
- Strategize account expansion initiatives by conducting thorough
research and leveraging a large professional network to proactively
generate growth within your area of specialization.
- Represent the business for high-risk, high-yield accounts by
addressing RFPs, developing sales presentations, and creating
formal sales proposals.
- Oversee the sales process for complex accounts, ensuring
satisfaction throughout all phases while negotiating outcomes that
create value for both the account and the business.
- Evaluate the book of business to identify opportunities for
expansion and leverage internal contacts and market
developments.What you need to have:
- Proven experience managing large, complex accounts with a focus
on sales growth and client satisfaction.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to develop compelling
sales proposals and presentations.
- Excellent research and analytical skills to identify and target
specific accounts effectively.

offerings to maximize account value.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with

salary range for this role is $140,700 to $299,600. The base pay
offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills,
training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable
minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a
case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position
may be eligible for performance-based incentives.We are excited to
