Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Service
Representative - National Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Answer a high volume of calls from patients regarding billing
inquiries and payment concerns
Process adjustments, refunds, and perform manual sales while
maintaining compliance with regulations
Research and resolve complex billing issues and customer
complaints, providing status updates as needed
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED
Must be 18 years of age or older
2+ years of customer service experience or experience in a medical
office or healthcare setting
Familiarity with computers and the ability to learn new systems
Ability to work full-time with flexible scheduling during business
hours
