• Provide administrative support to the sales team
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and client communications
• Track and manage sales data, reports, and documentation
• Assist in the preparation of presentations and marketing materials
• Foster a positive and efficient team environment
• Clerical support including word-processing, typing, e-mailing, filing, data-entry, faxing, copying, and corresponding
• Answering telephones
• Processing mail
• Taking notes and/or dictation
• Making travel arrangements
• Performing other general office duties as needed.Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Experience in sales or administration
