Job Description:
A company is looking for a Broker Experience Manager to enhance
relationships with brokers and support their business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and nurture relationships with brokers to understand
their business operations and needs
Acquire and retain brokers while educating them on financing
options and requirements
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of
loans and address any issues
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in non-QM real estate lending
Experience in selling bridge fix and flip loans and DSCR rental
loans
At least 3 years of sales and account management experience
Proficiency in Salesforce; familiarity with gSuite preferred
College degree in Business, Finance, or Political Science
required
