A company is looking for a Property Accountant.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare monthly financial statements for clients
Reconcile bank statements and post journal entries
Analyze financial statements for unusual activity and communicate
findings
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a property accountant
Experience with commercial or residential management
Familiarity with MRI Software (PMX) is preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
