Job Description:

We are hiring a Design Engineer to work out of our Redwood City office!
We are looking for an individual who can apply standard engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria using their education, experience, and judgment. You will provide assistance to the Project Engineers and Project Managers in preparing defined elements of project designs, collaborating with and supporting the team of engineers, drafters, technicians, and others who assist in specific assignments. Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D is a plus!
Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Project Design for Site Development
  
• Grading and Drainage Plans
  
• Utility Systems for Water and Sewer
  
• Report Preparation and Master Planning Studies
  
• Preparation of specifications and cost estimates
  
• Projects include Residential, Commercial, Mixed-use, Roadway, Highway, and Public Works projects.
  
  Minimum Requirements:
  
  • 
    
  • 0 - 3 years of experience in site development, design of residential and/or commercial subdivisions, utility systems, roadways, and public works.
    
  • B.S in Civil Engineering or related field from an ABET Accredited Curriculum or equivalent required
    
  • EIT/ FE certification preferred
    
  • Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D is a plus!

      • The typical base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $101,500 annualized depending upon skills, experience, education, and geographical location. This is an hourly position paid biweekly.
