A company is looking for a Triage Specialist - Pacific Time
Zone.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate resources to meet
client needs
Participate as a tier 1 support technician in an on-call
rotation
Assist clients with technical support questions and manage ticket
queues
Required Qualifications
Approximately 2 years of experience in a technical support role
Industry-recognized IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA ITF+, A+,
Networking+) are a plus
Technical knowledge of operating systems such as Windows, macOS,
iOS, or Android
Ability to operate independently and manage multiple tasks
efficiently
Experience interfacing with clients in a technical support
capacity
