A company is looking for a Customer Success Operations Analyst.



Key Responsibilities

Develop, document, and maintain standardized processes for the Customer Success team
Gather and organize relevant data, ensuring its accuracy and quality through validation techniques
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators for Customer Success


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
2-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within Customer Success, Operations, or Data Analytics
Experience with data management and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI)
Experience in process documentation and improvement initiatives
Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems such as Salesforce is preferred
