Job Description:
A company is looking for an Assistant Controller (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Organize and manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial
statement closing activities
Oversee and maintain the organization's financial systems and
ensure accurate accounting
Lead the payroll function and assist with the annual financial
audit and budget process
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
preferred
5+ years of experience in a similar role within a nonprofit
organization
Proficiency in financial software such as QuickBooks, Ramp, and
Bill.com
Expertise in Microsoft Excel and nonprofit accounting
Demonstrated experience with grant management and reporting
requirements
