• Develop significant insights that improve risk controls based on large incidents, near misses, product and portfolio analysis.
• Help develop risk frameworks to manage fraud risk, products and portfolio threats, decode policies, fraud prevention and more.
• Monitor the performance of risk strategies and proactively seek out opportunities for improvement in policy, operations and outputs.
• Partner with risk horizontal teams to deliver scalable global risk management policies through the buyer lifecycle.
• Establish relationships with partners in the regional businesses, product owners, engineering, incident management and risk operations organizations to set shared goals, influence the prioritization and facilitate the implementation of important risk strategies.Will this candidate interface with IT and business teams? If so, which internal/external groups?Payment Risks - looking for someone who can handle the reporting aspect and has a payment risk background. Candidate should be able to build in Tableau and string in SQL and Python. They must be able to deal with new data sets and build analysis.They will be creating a new framework as well. Transactional and customer-based data will be the focus of this role - millions of rows in the data. They will take over existing dashboards, pipelines, and make additions while having the ability to analyze data. Critical - things are always moving quickly and need someone to jump in. They will be in the Fraud team in the eCommerce space.Responsible for metrics - will have meetings and host the backend side of things and communicate that to the group. May have to work internally for 2 days managing pipeline and existing dashboards and another 2 days working with Kevin Lin. Maintaining dashboards in Tableau and working with sensitive data will require knowledge of how to handle this data accurately and carefully.Required Skills (top 3 to 5/ non-negotiables):
• Highly proficient in SQL (advanced experience, this is top priority)
• Data wrangling skills
• Tableau/dashboard building experience
• Excel and Google spreadsheets

Success with startup background is also valued.Candidate Value Proposition:Previous AWF: Really strong in the technical skills (SQL) and previous AWF didn't need to hand hold. This worker could ramp up quickly and take initiative.
